Dwellia is a family-run holiday-home collection. We use your enquiry information to discuss your proposed stay, not to sign you up for marketing.

When you enquire

We store your email, chosen home, optional dates and guest count, your message, a reference and submission time in Dwellia’s dedicated Supabase database in Frankfurt, Germany. Authorised Dwellia administrators and the assigned property host can review the enquiry. An enquiry is not a booking.

Accounts and saved information

Supabase manages host sign-in. The browser stores your session so you can remain signed in; sign out when using a shared device. If you choose to save an enquiry draft, it stays in that browser until you delete it. Guest-guide favourites are also saved only on your device. Never include payment details, identity documents, health information or access codes in a message.

Service providers

Vercel hosts the site. Supabase provides authentication and database storage. Destination photography may load from Wikimedia Commons, and fonts from Google Fonts. These providers receive normal connection information when your browser requests their services. No advertising trackers or paid AI services have been enabled by Dwellia.

Your choices

You can remove local drafts with “Delete local draft” and remove saved guide notes individually. To request access, correction or deletion of a sent enquiry, contact the host through your established booking channel or reply to Dwellia’s response, quoting your reference. Deleted local drafts do not delete submitted enquiries.

Updated 11 October 2026. Business identity, a dedicated privacy contact and a formal retention schedule must be completed before Dwellia’s broader commercial launch. This notice does not replace booking terms, which must be agreed separately.
